Lauren is a superwoman. I can't recommend her enough. It was a complicated sale, and she powered through every hurdle (of many) and secured an offer well over asking before the house was formally on the market. I was out of state for most of the sale prep, and when I say "powered," she was physically in the house and yard cleaning and staging (many, many hours because she is a perfectionist with a fantastic sense of design).
